Returns

Return Shipping Costs
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, PulseStrike will cover the reasonable return shipping costs or provide an appropriate alternative solution.
Please notify us as soon as possible after receiving your order and, when possible, provide photographs of the item and packaging.
Returns Due to Change of Mind
If you wish to return an item for reasons other than a defect, damage, or shipping error, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the item was delivered defective, damaged, or incorrectly.
Return Inspection

Refunds

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

Lost Packages and Delivery Issues
If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but has not been received, please contact us as soon as possible.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
