Shipping Destinations
PulseStrike™ currently ships to most countries worldwide.
However, due to carrier restrictions, customs regulations, sanctions, or logistical limitations, shipping may not be available to certain countries or regions.
We reserve the right to limit or refuse shipping to any destination at our sole discretion.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before your order is finalized.
Any free shipping promotions will be clearly indicated on the website and may be subject to specific terms and conditions.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, when available.
Tracking updates are provided by third-party shipping carriers and may take several days to appear after shipment.
PulseStrike™ is not responsible for delays in tracking updates caused by carriers.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, and other charges imposed by local authorities may apply.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping fees required for reshipment.
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us as soon as possible.
PulseStrike™ will assist customers in initiating an investigation with the shipping carrier; however, we cannot guarantee reimbursement for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
Any resolution will be subject to the carrier's investigation and applicable laws.
